Bees collect pollen on flowers and plants, they add some honey and enzymes. The colour of pollen depends on the type of plants bees pollinate. It contains all of the human life-important amino acids (arginine, histidine, isoleucine, lysine, methionine…), various fatty acids, which the human body can not synthesize, and vitamins of group B, C, D, E and K as well as provitamin A. Significant components are also inhibin, which inhibits the development of certain types of bacteria.

PURPOSE AND USE:

• Pollen pigments (flavonoids) are important for human health because they have a tremendous effect on the metabolism of the cells, organs and glands, and they balance (normalize) functions.
• Pollen is an excellent dietary means, because it contains all the substances for the normal functioning of the organism in a small number of calories. 100 gram of pollen have the same amount of protein as 7 eggs.
• An adult can daily consume 20 grams of pollen, which meets all the needs of essential amino acids.
• Children can consume half as much pollen.

Pollen should help with digestive problems, nervousness, disease of the prostate, should encourage appetite, improve vision and hair growth, have a favorable effect on the skin and strengthen the immune system.
