Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of the Honey House online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2). The Honey House online store (hereinafter the “online store”) is managed by AERTON d.o.o., a provider of e-business services (hereinafter the “provider”). Please read the general terms and conditions of the online store carefully, as they bind you the moment you enter our online store. With each transaction made through our online store, you are considered to be familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions and to have consented to the general terms and conditions offered without restrictions.

The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions of business without special notice. The changes apply from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.

The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, doing business through our online store or even accessing the store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or even all products for a specified or indefinite period of time, or to limit or completely stop access to the online store page for a specified or indefinite period of time.

Purchase process

To see what is available for purchase, simply browse the online product catalog. When you find the product you want to order, click “Add to Cart” and specify the quantity. Once your order contains the number of items you wish to purchase, please log in to continue, or register if this is your first time purchasing from our online store. Then enter your delivery and payment details (credit card details), check your order again and confirm your purchase at the final stage.

Purchase steps:

Step 1 – adding products to the shopping cart

Add the product you want to buy to the basket by clicking on the corresponding button (“Add to basket”). The products are classified by category (e.g. honey, honey drinks, honey spreads, etc.). For more information about the selected product, click on the image, product name or on the “Details” tab. You can add any number of products to the cart. Once you’re done adding, you can continue shopping later or complete your purchase. In the first case, the products in the basket will be saved for later purchase. You can also remove products in the basket at will (by clicking the [X] button) or change the quantity.

Step 2 – editing the selected products in the basket

By clicking on the “basket” icon, you enter the basket, in which you can change the quantities of individual products you want to buy and/or remove products from the basket.

You can also check the delivery price on this page by entering the recipient’s country and postal code.

In case of making changes on this page, click on the UPDATE BASKET icon before proceeding. To continue to order products, click on the icon CONTINUE TO ORDER.

Step 3 – payer details

If you are already a registered user, click on the login link and enter your username and password in the fields provided. Unregistered users, please complete the PAYER DETAILS form, where fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If you want to receive your username and password for faster purchases in the future, tick Create an account?. To receive a password, enter the desired password in the field, which you will use to enter your account. Click on CONTINUE to continue.

Step 4 – delivery to another address

If the delivery address for the purchased products is different from the customer’s address, check Deliver to another address and enter the required information. In this case, the invoice will be sent to the client and the products to the addressee. Just know that if you are sending the package to a different address than the customer’s, it is not possible to pay for the goods upon collection. If you have any comments on the order, just enter them in the field provided for this purpose. Click on Continue to continue.

Step 5 – Review the order and choose the payment method

Before clicking on the COMPLETE PURCHASE button to complete the purchase, check again if the list of ordered products is correct. Please select the appropriate payment method in this step and click on COMPLETE PURCHASE.

You will receive a confirmation of the successfully sent order to your e-mail address. If you are a registered user, you can follow all the information regarding the order at Enter your username or email address and password in the required fields and click on the LOG IN button.

Ordering – concluding a contract at a distance

Contracts are concluded in the Slovenian language. We store them in electronic form at the company headquarters. Customers can request a copy in pdf format via our contact address For copies of contracts (invoices, delivery notes) that are older than two years, we may charge an issue fee.

Accepted orders are treated as irrevocable. The buyer can cancel the order without additional obligations between the time the order is issued and the receipt of an electronic notification that the order is in progress.

Payment methods

The provider allows the following payment methods:

cash on delivery (the buyer pays the cost of the purchase upon delivery.),

payment by debit or credit card (Maestro, Activa Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron),

When you make a payment by debit or credit card, your order will be processed immediately. Once your card details have been verified and approved by the Activa Payment Gateway system, your package will be sent to the post office.

Note: Your card by clicking the “Buy” button or at the moment of confirming the data entry, it has not yet been debited for the specified amount. The information will be verified and your charge will be booked. When we receive a signed delivery note about the delivery of the shipment, we will execute the transaction for the amount of the purchase (the debit amount may be the same or lower than the authorized one, e.g. if we sent you only a part of the ordered products after contacting you beforehand). For your protection, the Activa Payment Gateway system does not allow your card to be charged for an amount higher than the amount of your order, nor is your payment card number displayed for protection. The provider only sees the transaction number that is sent for payment or cancellation of the order, if for some reason it cannot be executed. The Activa Payment Gateway system will automatically send the necessary information about the payment process or about the cancellation of the order to your e-mail address.

All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT (value added tax).

Current prices apply to all orders. When purchasing, we will take into account the price valid at the time of payment confirmation.


The listed product prices are currently valid, but we may change them without prior notice.

Privacy and Data Protection

The provider undertakes to protect your privacy. All personal data of the user of the online store are confidential and will not be forwarded to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.

You can visit most pages in our online store without having to disclose your personal information, such as your name, address and email address. Nevertheless, we obtain some information automatically using cookies and web signals (“pixel tags”), standard tools in the online industry. The use of cookies and web beacons allows us to recognize your IP address, the type of browser you use, and your general online activity.

If you turn off cookies on your computer, it will not be possible to make a purchase in the online store.

To make a purchase in our online store, we need your personal data. We do not disclose the information you provide to us to third parties, except for the purpose of confirming the validity of the payment card purchase, product delivery, marketing and promotion. The provider implements all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data.

You can view your personal data, change it or request its deletion, and you can also unsubscribe from receiving news. Send an e-mail message to that you do not want to receive news.

The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, namely by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of his computer.

The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract

The consumer (the above applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire the article for purposes outside of their commercial activity) has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of taking over the articles that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts counting one day after the date of collection of the items.

or bring it personally to one of the seller’s pick-up points.

The return of the received items to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the articles unhindered until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the items to the extent necessary to determine the actual condition. Testing an item that deviates from the stated is considered as using the items, which means that the consumer thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment/package). The item must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase) was sent.

Payments made will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. In order to ensure the certainty, accuracy and timeliness of the refund, as well as to ensure a record of payments, the refund of the payment to the buyer is made exclusively by transfer to his transaction account. Refund of payment in cash is not possible!

In case of withdrawal from the contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the user’s TRR, and the used bonus or promotional code is also returned to the user in the form of a new code.

In exceptional cases, when the items are not returned in accordance with the ZVPot, we can offer the consumer the purchase of the item with appropriate compensation, which is determined in the minutes upon return. The purchase with a reduced value is taken into account upon confirmation of the consumer by e-mail. The consumer benefits from the aforementioned redemption fee only when ordering another item of the same or higher value.

The right to a refund in the case of warranty claims and material defects is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (unofficial consolidated text).

Withdrawal by the consumer from the contract for items in the set

If the consumer decides to withdraw from the contract for the items that make up the set, he can request an exchange for the same set or a refund for the entire set. The consumer can exchange the item from the set in the event of a material defect or damage to the item, but cannot request a refund for it.


All products are inspected before delivery and shipped undamaged. We will carefully pack your products in a delivery box so that they reach you undamaged and in their original packaging.

In accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, in the event of a product defect, the buyer has the right to request that the company replace the defective product with a new flawless product, or return the amount paid, or correct the defect on the product, or return part of the amount paid in proportion to error.

If the packaging is damaged, the buyer must notify AERTON d.o.o. of his request. within 8 days after receiving the goods.

Exchange of products

The exchange of your purchase via the online store is carried out by HoneyHouse stores in Slovenia. The products must be unopened, unused, unchanged in quantity, undamaged and in the original packaging. The deadline for exchanging products is 8 days. Products can only be exchanged upon presentation of an invoice or copies of invoices.


Orders can be submitted online, every day from 00:00 to 24:00. Orders received Monday through Friday before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day. The time for transfer and delivery of the shipment is a maximum of 2 days (day of submission + 2 days). Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the first following working day.


The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is DHL. The buyer covers the shipping costs if the purchase amount is less than 100.00 USD (US and Canada), otherwise the shipping costs are FREE. The delivery cost is 10,00 USD flat rate and will be included on the invoice that you will receive together with the ordered products. Postage costs are calculated according to the currently valid price list of DHL.

Out of stock products

Products marked “Out of stock” cannot be ordered.

If the product you intended to buy happens to be out of stock, we will notify you. At that time, you can cancel the order in its entirety, confirm a partial order, or confirm that you will wait until the product is back in stock. We apologize for the inconvenience such a situation may cause you.


Shopping and paying via the online store is safe.

All transactions made in the online store are protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and the secure data encryption protocol using 1024-bit encryption.

For your security and peace of mind, all payments made by payment card are processed in real-time with immediate bank data verification. You can pay with a payment card (Maestro, Activa Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron).

All data you provide to us is encrypted using SSL data encryption technology. This advanced data encryption process ensures that personal data cannot be intercepted while traveling from your computer to our computer or from our computer to the bank. Personal data is transferred in encoded form from your computer to the bank’s authorization server and is not stored on the provider’s server. To check if your browser is in secure mode during checkout, look for the lock icon in the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar in your browser.

Secure authorizations and transactions with payment cards are provided by the Activa Payment Gateway system.


The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, product features, delivery dates or prices can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item.

Although the provider tries to provide accurate photos of the items for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic.

The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior warning.

All rights reserved. All texts, images, graphics, sound files, animations, videos and their derivatives on this page should be subject to copyright and other intellectual property protection. These items may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may they be modified or republished on other websites. This website may also contain images for which the provider has obtained the right to use, but which are protected by the copyright of a third party.

Under no circumstances is the Provider responsible for any links that are not part of this website or any other websites that are or are not linked to this website.
