It is dark grey, brown, with dark green highlights. It has the flavour of resin, caramel, sweet taste of menthol and malt. It contains a lot of minerals. Crystallized honey is much lighter than liquid honey. Fir honey facilitates cough, bronchitis problems and various lung diseases.
